Built over 100 years ago, this original homestead offers mountain views from the wraparound deck, a trampoline for fun, and cozy spaces to unwind. Guests have access to the house, yard, garage, wraparound deck and private hot tub.

You’ll enjoy the warmth and comfort of this updated Montana farmhouse—blending rustic charm with modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi and two large-screen TVs.

Although the house does not have central air/AC, window A/C units are in the master bedroom and large upstairs bedroom. Montana nights are typically cool—open windows in the evening and close them around 10:00 a.m. to keep the house comfortable.

The home features 4 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and a smaller 5th bedroom with a twin. A premium queen air mattress is also available. There are 2 bathrooms: one off the primary bedroom with a classic slipper tub (no shower), and a second full bath with a tub-shower combo.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, oils, spices, and utensils. The large marble-top island seats 5, and the adjacent dining room has a beautiful pine table with seating for 8. The cozy living room includes a large-screen TV and a Bose sound system—perfect for movie nights.

Beds feature soft compression foam toppers and down comforters, while bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and premium soaps and lotions.

The fenced backyard offers space to relax and play, including a sunken trampoline and a spacious wraparound deck with patio seating—perfect for enjoying the mountain views.

Guests have access to the house, garage, deck, the yard directly adjoining the home and the hot tub.

There are horses on the premises. Do not feed or touch the horses. Access to barns, sheds, pastures, and horse pens is also not permitted.

Although the home offers a peaceful country setting, it’s just 7 minutes to Costco and the airport, 15 minutes to downtown Bozeman, and 20 minutes to Montana State University—giving you the best of both worlds.
