Nice cheap stay for winter trip

Clean rooms. Convenient location. The couple that manages and runs the hotel were awesome. Building is run down and in major need of renovations and more staff in the summer.

This place has no parking for vehicle with trailers but tha is the least of it we got there round 12 and are rooms where freezing when I say freezing the toilet was frozen and the sink was frozen to make things worse I had to beg for different rooms the guy told me 2 times if I don't like it we could leave and go to the place down the street and get are money back from the company we booked online and I would have left but my kids were tired and very could so I really didn't want to take them out at 1:30am The worst service I have seen in my life

Sheets etc were permanently stained. But it was hard to see that due to really dim lighting ... More visible in light of day. Breakfast was included but sad. Outside door didn't close so anyone could wander into the building at night. But it's South Dakota, not NYC ...
