This is a great hotel. Very clean, I had to wait a bit at check- in but Life moves too fast anyway so it didn't matter to us!

The smoke detector was disconnected, wires hanging out of wall. Empty beer cans in the dresser drawers. No towel hooks near spa tube. No handles to get in and out of spa tube. No carpeting just vinyl tile on ice cold concrete floor. Heater was either always on 'too hot' or off got too cold.. Never will stay there again.

We ended up staying 2 nights and come to find out they do not conduct housekeeping until you have stayed 3 nights. They would if you request it. But, we are never informed this upon check in, nor is it posted anywhere informing anyone of this policy. The water pressure is less than desirable when taking a shower. Then the tv is way too small for a room of this size. The ice machine was broken and appeared to be broken for some time before we got there. Then the final straw was on our second night they allowed kids to run up and down the hall and slam doors. They did not care that this was occuring betwen the hours of 12 am and 2 am. We would not recommend.

Thank you for staying with us Chad! We are truly sorry if your stay didn't go as planned. We apologize for any inconvenience but we do have a sign posted at the front desk saying if you need housekeeping service, please let us know the day before by 8pm and we will make it happen. We are sorry about the ice machine but we do have another ice machine at the property so hope you knew about it during your stay. Please inform us right away if there is any noise and we will take care of it right away and I apologize for the inconvenience that has caused you.

I liked that its close to the main road and various shops and resturants. Easy to check in and overall pleasent
