Sleeps up to 12 -Large Belleview Home on 10 Acres- NON Smokers ONLY

Large home to spread out or hangout together in one of two family rooms. Play games watch movies, walk around property, BBQ in the beautiful Florida weather. We are close to Greenway Trails, Horse Parks, I -75 and 441 which makes it easy to find and very convenient to get you where you need to go. There is plenty of parking so bring your trailers and horse pasture rental is extra! Bring your bikes and hit the Santos trails.
NON Smokers/Non Vapors ONLY- No Smokers/Vapors allowed on property If you are a 'closet smoker' or plan to secretly smoke on the road or in woods -PLEASE do not rent this home, be respectful ! Because of ALLERGIES you will pay a $1500 Fee for smoking or vaping and be asked to leave immediately.
Please make sure you follow VRBO rules and enter the CORRECT number of guests that will be staying.
No indoor pets.

*** For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others to our home for any length of time unless pre approved. Only those individuals who are registered guests may enter the premises. Please msg me if you have a question about visitors.

Great place to stay in Belleview, Florida

Very impressed with the recently remodeled house for our visit with family in the countryside near Belleview, Florida. Our group of seven had plenty of room with the four bedrooms three baths, and the large kitchen. Our host Lisa was very welcoming and could not have been nicer. She even texted us after we had checked out that we had forgotten some items behind, and were able to go back to get them. Will stay here again.

Nice house, great hostess, good central location

Very spacious and immaculately clean house on large, peaceful property. Lisa was very helpful and friendly. My friends, my husband and I had lots of space to spread out in the house. It had 4 very large bedrooms, two of them master suites, so we all had our own private part of the house. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Only 25 minutes to Ocala, and 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. We had very nice stay!

The perfect home for a group with small children.

We weren’t a large group (4 adults and a toddler) but it’s easy to see that this spacious home would easily accommodate a much larger family. Lisa was very welcoming and responded promptly to the few small needs we had. Having a crib, high chair, and assortment of toys was great for our toddler grandson. Whenever we travel, it’s nearly impossible to find a bed as comfortable as our own. I say nearly because these beds were the exception. Having two rooms with king beds was nice too, and equally rare. We’ll definitely try to book this home the next time we need a home away from home in the Belleview area.

A beautiful home with lots of space

Liisa was very accomodating with our trip. We attended a jeep event in her town . We brought 5 jeeps and 3 large trailers. The home was very nice. Beautiful wooden floors . We will book soon for next year
