I was on business and was in need of an iron to iron a shirt. The one in the room was not working, I called the front desk to have one switched and they told me that housekeeping were not working and will be in later. I asked the man at the desk to just switch one from another room and he said no.

Guest rooms need a facelift. Rooms around floorboards are grimy and the bathrooms are out of date and need a lot of cosmetic work. Beds and pillows definitely need to be replaced, the pillows are small, and square, it was so weird never stayed in any hotel like this. Balconies are full of spiders and webs. Water spiders pretty big for my liking. The webs should be cleaned at every checkout. They should install EV chargers. Staff were nice and accommodating.

Bed comfortable. Room tired. Hotel tired. Maybe take the time to remove last guests used bar of soap from the shower. Leads one to wonder how clean the room really is

Passing by, could have been better.

Stayed here a night as it was on the way. Clean and convenient. AC in the room was not responding to the thermometer so was too cold, and breakfast had no fresh vegetables.

Hotel need several renovations ASAP

The people there do a lot friendly service. BUT the hotwl is falling apart . Black mold. Shower drains blockage. The humidity smell.

Hotel was in a convenient location. Some aspects of the room had been updated, but others were very dated and in terrible condition. Our room doors’ hinges (both room and bathroom doors) were rusted and repainted many times over, with multiple layers of peeling paint. The room door needed to be fiddled with to be closed because the wood around the hinge was splitting. Patio door did not lock, there was dust and cobwebs on lamp shades and the floor was clearly not vacuumed properly. At least the bed were decently comfortable and we found no bedbugs, so there are positives.

This is a large hotel, it was packed, and yet our room and balcony were quiet and enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was newly renovated (a nice walk-in shower) and the staff were all really lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good, parking was free and easy. The entrance may be a little difficult for anyone with accessibility issues (a big sloped ramp leading up to the entrance) but it's not awful. They could use one more elevator but that's a minor issue.

Im so disappointed...the pool is freezing. 6 other families came into the pool area, put their feet in and left as well. It is advertised as heated...this was beyond cold. Not swimmable for my little ones...everyone was chattering. You cant say "heated pool" and offer that temperature. The water slide that's advertised looks amazing, but I wish it was clearer upon booking that it's closed certain days...I know it states that somewhere, but I didnt see that until after I booked. The pool was the reason we decided to stay here...never, never again.

Really great stay. Enjoyed the breakfast and having access to 2 pools that opened until late at night. Really enjoyed our renovated room with no carpets. Only small downside is the slide for kids was not open
