This is a beautiful hotel that was once a monastery. The food was good, but breakfast is not a buffet as stated when I booked. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and I found 2 long hairs (1 in the shower and 1 on pillow before I laid down). Otherwise, we loved this hotel and the beautiful Belmonte castle seen from most of the rooms. Dinner was affordable and really good. We would definitely stay there again.

Habia una boda, y ellos me avisaron con antelación, no fue demasiado ruidosa porque estábamos en una habitación alejada. Además me escribieron avisando. Debido a la boda, no había ni servicio de restaurante ni cafetería ni servicio habitaciones. Puedo aceptarlo porque me avisaron y eso dice mucho de ellos, pero no comprendo que un hotel de ese calibre no deje un servicio mínimo de sandwiches o cualquier cosa. O al menos que te compensen con un descuento o con un extra por no tener servicio de cocina...es lo que yo hubiese hecho. El desayuno es agradable y correcto, no siendo muy espabilado el camarero, pero tampoco resulta incomodo, ejemplo: le pedí si tienen aceite de oliva, como en cualquier hotel de España, se encogió de hombros, y me dijo "no". El staff en general muy agradable y correcto. Aun con todo, la experiencia fue buena, y le doy un notable y lo recomendaría, por su arquitectura y su ubicación.

Wonderful hotel,very interesting and different ,recently constructed on an old castle which has been incorporated in its construction. Good location to visit Belmonte castle which you can see from the hotel. Only 30 mins drive to Campo de Criptana to see the windmills. There are limited restaurants in the town,but many bars which do a great variety of tapas,in particular try The piscina bar at the municipal swimming pool / park..
