Hotel muito bom e otimo atendimento. Cerveja gelada, precos em conta, uma excelente pizza (mto recheada e grande), pontos negativos apenas pra psicina aquecida que estava bem suja e nao esquenta bem e para a cama de casal do apartamento estándar, que na verdade sao 2 camas de solteiro juntas.

Boa estadia , só tenho uma coisa a reclamar cheguei no sábado as 13:00 usei as toalhas no domingo precisei de uma toalha seca e o pessoal do hotel disse que não poderia disponibilizar pois eles dão somente uma vez

Nós amamos as instalações do hotel. Ambiente super agradável, funcionários super atenciosos e educados. Restaurante e café da manhã excelentes. Cama super macia limpeza do quarto muito boa. O que não sabíamos é que o quarto standart tem quarto em cima e da pra ouvir cada passo das pessoas, ou seja. O sistema de acústica não é bom. O chuveiro e a descarga não funcionaram direito. Vazão da água pequena. E quando era utilizado chuveiro em algum outro apartamento, além da água diminuir, não esquentava. Ainda mais no inverno, não dá pra tomar banho com um filete de água e ainda morna. Outro ponto é que o Hotel não aceita pet, nem de pequeno porte. Uma sugestão para que passem a aceitar, pois seria ótimo levar nossos companheiros para um descanso em um lugar ótimo devido sua estrutura. Já que é ambiente aberto, tem grana e área, e pelo fato de saber que tem gatos que moram no hotel e ficam próximos da gente, inclusive pedindo comida. E por onde andamos deparamos com coco e cheiro de xixi. Vejo que levar um pet, não teria problema algum, desde que estabelecido regra e mediante cobrança de taxa para cobrir eventuais despesas. Ficam essas sugestões de melhoria. Obrigada pela ótima recepção e atendimento.

Excelente lugar para ir com a família ou com uma companhia para passar um tempo agradável! Localização fácil, recepção excelente, quarto limpo, piscinas muito boas. O que torna um pouco ruim é o restaurante; além dos pedidos demorarem a ficar prontos, o preço é bem salgado.

Estadia maravilhosa

Estivemos hospedados dia 08/02 e 09/02. Foi maravilhosa nossa estadia no Gran Minas. Passamos dois dias e estamos muito satisfeitos. Lugar magnífico, quarto confortável, piscinas limpas e tratadas, funcionários educados e excelente café da manhã manhã. Amamos tbem o cantinho das redes, excelente para descansar. Café da manhã muito bom mesmo, variedade de bebida, pães, bolo e biscoitos. Pão de queijo quentinho, frutas e iogurte. Eu e meu esposo amamos a estadia, recomendamos para nossos amigos e vamos retornar em breve.

O local tem uma ótima estrutura externa. O atendimento dos funcionários é bom. O café da manhã é satisfatório. Mas a acomodação que ficamos, especificamente a cama foi horrível. Não era uma cama de casal, mas duas camas de solteiro, literalmente amarradas com uma corda. Fomos dormir e eramos jogados para o buraco que formava no meio. Acredito que pelo fato de o colchão ser de molas e não estar nas melhores condições, só conseguimos ficar nomeio, bem no buraco. Estou destacando porque no outro dia estávamos com dores por todo o corpo, tendo que tomar remédios para dores musculares e quando estamos buscando um local para descansar, isso não pode ocorrer. Outra questão é a luz que entra no quarto as 5:30 da manhã. Impossível dormir, sugiro uma cortina black out no vidro da porta.

Razoável,as acomodações são muito simples porém muito limpas.O colchão da cama de casal está muito velho.A televisão só tem canal aberto e na hora do banho não encontrei xampu apenas um sabonete.O restaurante tem pouca opção de refeição e o preço dos pratos não condiz com os mesmos.O atendimento do garçom Giovani foi muito bom

Fomos colocados em um quarto com uma péssima localização. Equipe do hotel não se preocupa com limpeza dos ambientes. Latas de cerveja ficam vazias deixadas em cima da mesa durante um dia inteiro. Na hora do café da manhã as mesas estão sujas e não há reposição rápida de xícaras e café.
