Hotel bom mas precisa de supervisão.

O hotel é bonito e os quartos são aconchegantes. Porém, deixa a desejar em algumas coisas pontuais, como por exemplo, não existe garagem no hotel! A garagem que se colocam os carros é alugada e por isso eles cobram uma taxa de 18 reais/dia sendo que a essa garagem não tem iluminação nenhuma, as vagas são apertadas e tem uma aparência de abandono. Outra coisa é o serviço do recepcionista a noite, chegamos por volta das 22hr e não tinha ninguém no hotel para nos abrir a porta. Ficamos na porta esperando uns 15 minutos expostos ao perigo da rua, que a noite é deserta e perigosa.

Hotel maravilhoso! O quarto é grande, espaçoso e limpo! A cama é enorme! O banheiro também muito espaçoso, até com secador! O ruim é que tem poucas opções na televisão a cabo! E o wi-fi é um pouco lento! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, eles tinham anotado que não tínhamos pegado a diária com café da manhã, porém, mostrei a reserva pro recepcionista e ele anotou na hora que tínhamos café! Como fomos no ano novo, o restaurante não funcionava, e eles só trabalham com comida congelada, o que foi um ponto negativo. O bairro também não é dos melhores! O espaço zen é ótimo, com banheiro de hidromassagem. Amamos o hotel! Voltaremos com certeza!

Conforto e Sofisticação

Minha estadia no Hotel Saint Louis se deu por conta de um concurso que minha namorada prestou em BH. A localização privilegiada (próximo da UFMG, também com fácil acesso para o Centro pela Av. Antônio Carlos) e o preço competitivo foram os diferenciais para nossa opção pelo Saint Louis. O hotel apresenta requinte e sofisticação. A temática francesa está presente desde o som ambiente no lounge até a decoração dos quartos. O quarto, inclusive, é bastante aconchegante e confortável, equipado com todos os benefícios descritos no site do hotel. Talvez por uma casualidade do momento, mas os pontos negativos que minha namorada e eu destacamos ficam por conta do atendimento na recepção - que foi formal, mas pouco receptivo e caloroso - e do café da manhã - sem a variedade que já encontramos em hotéis menos sofisticados em Belo Horizonte e outras cidades. Entretanto, no saldo geral, recomendamos a hospedagem no Hotel Saint Louis.
