Hot tub is broken - call them directly for status
Publié le 29 févr. 2024 sur HotelsLove the hot tub here - when it's working! It has been broken for a couple of months, in the middle of ski season when it is most needed. They told me that they have trouble getting third party sites (hotels.com, Expedia, etc.) to update the information about the hot tub being out of service - This is not the first time hotels.com website information is out of date.

Sorry for inconvenience, Are pool and hot tub where down for the season but hot tub is re-open.
