Excellent stay

Our stay as usual was top notch. Comfort, quality of service and food in a very relaxing, caring atmosphere for families highly recommend!

The hotel was incredibly dirty and the restaurant staff were pretty useless. e.g at breakfast I asked for a coffee 3 times during 30 minutes at the table and it never arrived so i just left.

***Warning!!! Stay at your own risk***

5 star prices, -10 star service & quality. Dirty tables at MCafe, dirty plates , reheated food served while ordering under Ala-carte, bad quality food leading stomach trouble. People peeing outside the main entrance , staff clearly untrained, dropping water at the table while serving. In room dining - basmati biryani was served half cooked and wet, rasmalai desert served was bland. the hotel itself is rundown state, acknowledged by rooms director. When i shared my experience, rather than state or explain how this could happen and what they would do to fix it, the GM & Rooms Directors kept saying please stay back and give another chance without any giving any confidence that they could fix it. This is not Marriott!!! not even a hotel.... turned out to be a fancy looking shack
