Welcome to Casa Tres in Benissa-costa! The perfect place for family, friends, fun and a relaxing stay. This south-facing villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool. Moreover, it’s just a 10 minute walk away from the idyllic beach Cala Advocat.

Inside this lovely casa you will find a complete kitchen to cook your fresh meals. There’s a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, citrus press, induction 3-pit cooker. There’s a round table with seating for 4 and you can make your morning coffee with the Nespresso-Krups machine. 

Just a few steps down from the kitchen is the open living room with a comfortable 2-seat sofa, lounge chair, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi (optic fiber). Of course there is airconditioning for heating and cooling.

From the living room you have direct access to the private pool area. Cool down in the 6x3 pool, or relax and unwind in one of the lounge chairs. And you can grill the best meals on the gas-BBQ.

We find the two bedrooms down the hallway from the entrance. On our left is a bedroom with one double bed, open wardrobe, desk with two chairs and access to the garden. There’s an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and electric radiator.

The other bedroom is equipped with two single bed, a wardrobe and airconditioning. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

To fully enjoy your well-deserved holiday, the villa is equipped with a washing machine, private parking and the garden is completely fenced!

2: One well-behaved dog (max. 5 kg) is allowed (additional fee of €50.00).

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
