PRETTY VILLA TO RENT IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL, for maximum of 6 people.
LAY OUT: This beautiful villa is distributed over one single floor, where there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with single beds, two bathrooms with shower (one en suite). We have a fully equipped kitchen and a bright and spacious area consisting of dining room, living room and lounge with a fireplace. There are three units of hot / cold air conditioning, one in each two of the bedrooms and one in the lounge.
EXTERIOR: It has a wonderful and well-kept garden with palm trees and various plants and trees. There are two terraces on different levels, the one on the main floor has a covered outdoor kitchen and two dining areas. The terrace where the beautiful swimming pool is located has comfortable sun loungers and a pergola to protect us from the intense summer sun.
LOCATION: This beautiful villa is located in a quiet urbanization of Benissa, very close to wonderful coves with crystal clear waters and wonderful fine sandy beaches, only 2 kilometres away from the wonderful Ifach golf club and various places such as the well-known Club Náutico de Les Basetes.
