Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it features a lovely 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a sleeping area, two bathrooms and a 100 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :
- 17 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (2 single beds)

- A 5 m² balcony overlooking the pool and furniture to enjoy the fine weather
