So convenient for the airport.

The rooms were clean, staff friendly and above all the location was just a couple of minutes walk from the airport. The restaurant worked with an online menu, so you pre-order and your meal is ready when you want!

Hotel location was an easy walk from the airport. It was also easy to get to the train to get to Bergen. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast started early and was excellent.

The beds at comfort were firm and the breakfast was lacking. It was more like a western continental style. They also close breakfast at 0930. We were still trying to get food as they were putting it away and putting barriers up. Recommend letting the people that get in before 0930 to still get food.

We arrived in the hotel around 830pm. The reception girl was reluctant to help us when we asked for kettle. She was very confidently no kettle any more in this hotel, but the boy besides her told her there are some kettles available. She needs to show more professionalism, more smiling.

Visiting from Canada. So close to the airport which made it a good choice for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff, friendly and helpful We were able to enjoy dinner there which was great that we didn't have to search out another restaurant. Breakfast was awesome. So many choices.. delicious.

Stay was due to an early morning flight. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage while we headed out for a few hours. Check in was easy tried the self check in but i had a problem so was helped at the check in desk,Staff were patient and friendly.Being a strawberry member i had my free coffee . Room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. my son used the gym and we ordered food via the app which was easy to use .Food choices were basic but food was prepared quickly and was tasty enough.We had to be out very early so just managed to grab a quick cold drink and a slice of bread in the morning .I am sure the hot breakfast is good but we didn't have time. Quick walk to the airport so location is perfect.

Two good things: proximity to the terminal and a pleasant and efficient night manager Fredrik. Huge negative, the loud and thumping music everywhere downstairs in the evening including the dining area AND outside, so no escape. For this reason alone I won’t stay again nor recommend it to friends. The food choices were poor too, one pasta dish plus all fried food for dinner, and very basic breakfast.

The most conveniently located airport hotel one could imagine! They even serve a full breakfast starting at 4:30 a.m. for early flights. Hotel staff are extremely competent and friendly. The rooms are very well lit.
