Publié le 29 janv. 2024 sur HotelsMauvaise expérience, manque de professionnalisme de l’accueil qui n’a pas déclaré mon voyage d’affaires et m’a contraint à payer des taxes de séjour.
Chambre sombre à la climatisation bruyante.
Qui plus est, un établissement qui arbore une déco limite, où des casques à pointes, de funeste réputation, sont pourtant mis en valeur.
J’irai ailleurs, j’ai connu mieux pour moins cher.

Mais à ce niveau d’étoiles (5), il est très décevant d’avoir des rideaux black-out qui sont trop courts donc pas possible d’avoir d’obscurité pour dormir mieux. Le service de chambre passe l’aspirateur hurlant à 10h du matin le dimanche, donc aussi infernal. Capsules de café non renouvelées, beaucoup de choses anormales. Rapport qualité prix non justifié. Nous avions 2 chambres sur 4 nuit, dont une suite. Budget non justifié. Quartier OK. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel à Berlin. DD

Luxurious & immaculate
Publié le 29 févr. 2024 sur HotelsHotel Luc is gorgeous, comfortable, immaculately well-kept, and beautifully situated on the Gendarmenmarkt. I was in Berlin for both work and pleasure, and my stay was an effortless delight. I also dined in the hotel restaurant and had drinks in the bar--both were excellent. Fassbender & Rausch (for coffee and cake) and Lutter & Wegner (for dinner) are mere steps away. Highly recommend.

The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast at Heritage was top notch. The hotel is quiet yet most places are close enough to walk to.
