Great stay

Absolutely great hotel! Perfect location to get to everywhere. Rooms dark and quiet and comfy, to allow good sleep. Had to ask for a second pillow but it arrived with the cleaners. Rooms clean and reception lovely. Roof terrace is an added bonus.

The hotel was very close to a train station which was very convenient. It was close to the many sites like Berliner Dom and the Museum Island.

A lovely property with helpful staff. Clean rooms and a good range of food for the continental breakfast buffet though the hot food selection is quite limited. The hotel is well situated to walk to the main tourist attractions within about 25 mins.

A little gem in the heart of Berlin

Everything about our stay was superb! Our room was ready even though we arrived early. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Room was spotless, perfect for weekend in Berlin. Fantastic location too.

Great Hotel!

This hotel was in a fantastic location. So close to transportation and walking distance to so many locations. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room we had was very clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Enjoyable stay but some services are lacking

The room itself was nice. Comfortable beds, quiet, plenty towels and soap etc. The staff were okay but no special effort was made to make us feel welcome. It felt like we were staying in a Premier Inn and were just another number. The breakfast was very limited yet expensive, and it felt as if we were actively encouraged not to eat there. Similarly the drinks were very expensive and I did not see one person drinking there during our stay- and no one wants to drink in an empty bar. The roof top bar was closed. There was no room service, which was disappointing. That said, the location of the hotel was excellent and everything was nice and clean with great cleaning staff and we were comfortable in our room. Despite my comments if issues that could be improved, I would consider staying at the hotel again. I think I just felt that for the price paid it may have been more appropriate to include breakfast and I think room service should also be available.

The AC is very good and the underground parking. It's close to all the landmarks and very convenient and walkable. Also the bathroom is very big and it has a good shower.
