Receptionist was new staff, but very slow he seemed haven’t get enough training and supporter wasn’t professional enough.
Breakfast service got worst than before. They don’t really care about the customer service

Business stay in Berlin
Posted Dec. 4, 2023 on HotelsHotel was excellent, no complaints, staff very friendly and place very clean, good restaurant, again with friendly staff. Only one tiny issue was that the business suite had Macs (I am a PC person), however, the reception staff were keen to help. Good transport links.
