Nice hotel, nice location

I was in a put in an accessible room and overall it was nice but there are some issues that should be addressed. The cleanliness of the accessible equipment was sub-par. It didn’t bother me since I didn’t need it but it really needs to be taken care of. The location is walking distance to Alexanderplatz and shopping. I had a room on a lower floor and the street noise was noisy until the evening, fine to sleep

This property is conveniently located within several blocks of Alexanderplatz, which gives you access to trains and buses to go anywhere and everywhere in Berlin. The staff at the front desk were always very helpful. The breakfast (although a little pricey in my book) was very good.

Disappointed with the Booking Experience

I made a prepaid booking and was surprised to be charged again for the room when paying the city tax — unclear and frustrating. Still awaiting refund… The “family room” was very misleading. It was actually just a single room with one double bed and what best described as a “twin bed,” but turned out to be a fold-out armchair. Definitely not what I expected for a family room.

Reise til Berlin

En uke i Berlin, 4 dager på Premier Inn, ett hotell vi ble glad i . Prisene var gode etter norske forhold men litt forskjellig. 1.natt betalte vi 1800kr for ett normalt rom for to, så leide vi 3. netter til for 3200 N kr. Hotellet ligger ved Alexanderplatz så det var ett stort utvalg av spisesteder og kneiper for de som foretrekker det. Vi besøkte familie i to dager så vi fikk 6/7 dager i Berlin. Veldig fornøyd med både hotell og Berlin som vi besøkte for første gang. Både hotellet og Berlin frister til gjenntagelse
