Nice and convenient
Posted Oct. 31, 2022 on HotelsCheck in was easy, Luisa was very helpful and spoke perfect English. She gave good information on traveling to airport, and was helpful with the washer. The dryer was broken but it was ok we hung everything up! The room was spacious. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices, a nice large display!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
Posted Jun. 12, 2022 on HotelsWhat an awful experience!!! I booked a room for a friend who checked in at 9pm, and had to until almost 1am to be allocated a room. It is an absolute disgrace.
When checking in he was told there was no room for him, even though we had received an email from the hotel about the booking. After a lengthy telephone call with the front desk, they finally confirmed they had found the booking, but still made the guest wait THREE HOURS before being given a room. They definitely need to brush up on their customer service skills!
