The property is very clean, exceeded my expectations. They provided basic necessities, towels, toiletries, kitchen is well equipped. Linens and beddings are clean and comfortable. There is a designated parking infront of the property which makes it very easy to unload our stuff. Location is quiet, about 10 minute walk to the tram station. Uber is also available. No receptionist on site but concierge is one phone call away, very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

A well equipped small apartment for two

A two room apartment/suite with a bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Easy access by public transport and a short walk. Quiet location.

Cold rooms heating turns off almost died

Just saw a request for the full sum for the next day !!! Tried to extend my stay and was refused but still billed for the whole day despite the hotel staff requesting my young children including my young baby to be removed from the room to the cold outside with my teenage daughter at 12:50pm ! Heartless I request an immediate refund

Thank you for your message. First of all we are sorry that we could not meet your expectations.We have checked your issue. Our check-out time is 11:00. Of course we gladly offer late check-out if possible. Unfortunately you did not inform us that you like a late check-out. However, we provided you free of charge on short-notice a late check-out until 13:00. As we have been fully booked on the date of your check-out, we could neither offer you an extension of your stay nor a check-out later than 13:00. As our check-in time starts from 14:00, our housekeeping needs at least one hour to prepare the suite for the next guest. We trust for your understanding. We also offered you to wait inside in our lounge as long as you like in the afternoon until your pick-up arrives.We did only charge your credit-card for the one night you stayed with us and the minibar consumptions. A great place to stay a few nights or longer

Quiet area of town with easy access to public transport. Spotlessly clean and well equipped appartment, daily cleaning and refilling of e.g. coffee machine and capsules. Excellent communication before and during the visit.

To call this a deluxe suite is stretching credulity - it is tiny! The fixtures and fittings are good quality, but the entrance is cramped and they could dispense with the occasional table which just gets in the way. They had left us no toiletries, but luckily we had some. No A/C, though there was a fan. Difficult to open the windows wide. Situated in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes walk from the tram stop.
