Only minutes from the sea, with walks over the dunes, the castle and priory to explore. On the unspoilt Northumberland coast, with its sandy beaches and coastal walks. Berwick-on-Tweed, 15 miles. Boat trips to the Farne Islands, castles and National Park close by. Post office, shops and pubs 400 yards.

Has the potential for being a delightful, cosy cottage in an ideal location but, had some important downsides. Did not have a high standard of cleanliness. Very, uncomfortable mattress and hot water almost non-existent despite being reported by previous visitors. Would not go again. Shame.
