Affordable, decent place to stay. Room was clean and quiet.

Great customer service! People at the front desk are helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is also a good central location within the metro area—close to Interstate 80 and Interstate 74.

The staff was very helpful. Plus, my room was refreshed several times (fresh towels, bed made, garbage emptied without any request on my part.

Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, had a big TV, and comfortable bed. Nice hotel!

Questionable

This hotel was assigned to us through a team travel site. The price was over double what it usually is. This hotel was dirty, NOISY,(at midnight someone was slamming doors screaming they wanted to killl themselves) and overall very questionable as pot was being inhaled in the elevator. Not a great choice for a kids sports team to stay. I would not recommend it!

There were blood stains on our comforter and they couldn’t give us a new one because they only have one per room. We found a cockroach crawling on the wall.
