It benefits from the proximity of all cultural centers, only 1 minute walk from the Théâtre des Franciscains as well as other amenities. The space
The apartment "Théâtre des Franciscains Du Guesclin" is located on the raised ground floor, accessible by eight steps without elevator, in a magnificent Haussmannian building is your refined pied-à-terre, ideally located. Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart Sharp TV and reversible air conditioning, ensuring your comfort in both summer and winter.

The fully equipped kitchen includes induction hobs, a double-door fridge, a coffee machine, toaster, microwave grill, and quality appliances such as the MIELE washing machine and SAMSUNG washer dryer. A wandering closet is also available, including vacuum cleaner and mop, suitable for all your stays regardless of their duration.

The sleeping area offers a large double bed (mattress 160 cm wide) with shape memory latex mattress and wardrobe for storage. It is possible to set up an umbrella crib upon request.

The en-suite bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, toilet and vanity cabinet with hair dryer.

The seating area welcomes you with a cozy sofa and a Smart Sharp TV, swivel to be seen from the double bed of the Clic-Clac living room or the cozy sofa.

Access to F2 Separate bedroom is facilitated by a self check-in/exit thanks to the key box located at the entrance of the building. If needed, landlords can also greet you in person to answer any needs or questions you may have (please notify a week in advance).

The owners are available to answer any questions you may have in English, Spanish (Castilian), French and Occitan. For guests staying more than 10 days, specific comfort services will be accessible to thank you for your loyalty.
