THE AMBIANCE
Nestled in one of the most beautiful building in Biarritz, Sun is a magnificent Duplex overlooking the gardens of the Hôtel du Palais, and the ocean as far as the eye can see. It decoration calls for vacations: driftwood, sea buoys, Basque linen: no doubt, you have arrived in the Basque Country.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment consists of two floors. On the ground floor, a large living room includes the living room, the dining room and the fully open kitchen. Between the high ceilings and the large openings on the ocean, the room is bright and very pleasant to live in.

THE NIGHT CORNER
The first level consists of two large double suites with en-suite bathroom and toilet. The second floor has been converted into a dormitory and can accommodate up to 4 additional people. You will also find an independent bathroom with shower on the second floor.

THE LITTLE EXTRAS
Good to know, the residence has an elevator and a freight elevator. In the apartment, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment is at your disposal.

We fell in love with this incredible view of the gardens of the Hôtel du Palais palace, the Grande plage and the Ocean.
