Independent holiday unit

This large unit consists of a combined kitchen / living area and 2 adjoining bedrooms, with one set up as a "double" and the other with a set of bunk beds for the kids. In addition there is a 3 person bunk module in the living area, so up to 6 can be accommodated with prior notice.

Everything is provided for your stay, all bedding & towels, toiletries, microwave, refrigerator, a full range of kitchen utensils and cookware plus free Wi Fi and a new Smart TV.

The unit adjoins a very pleasant garden with a BBQ area, and if you need a bit of solitude or a quiet glass of wine, the gazebo will be just perfect. The 2nd bedroom also has access to an outdoor deck.

Conveniently located, the beach, hotel, RSL and shopping centre are only 6 minutes walking distance.

A separate street and unit entrance provides complete privacy and there is ample parking available.

Communication required phone contact. We relied on WhatsApp and e mail so we had some difficulty as the property manager wanted direct contact but it all worked out. Very clean and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen in a quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities

The 2 x bedrooms has strong musty smells causing me non-stop coughing until I checked out early next morning. Thank God I only booked for One night ! The main door created lots of banging noise due to strong winds, plus the noise of their windchimes hanging outside that you can't really sleep much ! Also we feel very insecure - After we enter the main door, our designated area that we stayed has no door itself ! That means the owner can easily access our area anytime (caused its the same house literally), so all of us has to hold tight our personal belongings when in bed sleeping on that night. Very disappointing and we won't go back again !

The unit is located in a very good location - close to the shops, beach and tourist sites. The property was a bit dated and could do with a thorough clean, but this was ignored due to the excellent hospitality displayed by the hosts Jeff and Natasha. They were very welcoming and made the whole stay more pleasurable.
