Welcome to 6 Highpoint Drive â a ski-in/ski-out luxury retreat in Big Sky sleeping up to 18 guests across five en-suite bedrooms and a bunk room. Lone Peak views follow you through every room: the main-floor living room with its wood-burning fireplace, the gourmet kitchen, and all five bedrooms. Two wood-burning fireplaces, a private hot tub, and a fully outfitted lower-level bonus room mean the experience doesn't stop when the lifts close.
The layout
The main floor anchors the home with an open living and dining area â seating for 8 at the table plus 4 at the bar â and a main-level primary suite with a king bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A mud room with garage access keeps ski gear contained and the rest of the home clean.
Upstairs, a second king primary suite and a queen bedroom each have their own en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs, the lower level is where bigger groups really shine: a bonus living room with a second wood-burning fireplace and hot tub access, a bunk room with two double bunks and a twin bunk (sleeps 10) with a double-vanity en-suite, and a king guest bedroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Outside, the main-floor deck is equipped with a dining set and gas grill with those signature Lone Peak views. The private hot tub sits on the lower patio, accessed directly from the bonus room. A heated one-car garage â stocked with firewood â plus driveway parking handles the whole group's vehicles.
Winter
Ski-in/ski-out access puts 5,800+ acres of Big Sky terrain steps from your door â the biggest ski resort in America, with runs for every ability. Sleds are stocked at the house for a lower-key snow day, and the hot tub is waiting when you're done.
Summer
The Beehive Basin trailhead is 1.5 miles away. Lake Levinsky â perfect for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding â is a 2-minute drive. White-water rafting, fly fishing, zip-lining, horseback riding, and pickleball are all within 15 minutes. Yellowstone National Park is 40 minutes; the Grand Tetons are 3.5 hours for a longer day trip. Big Sky Town Center's farmers markets, live music, and the PBR Rodeo fill out the summer calendar.
Locally managed by Two Pines Properties
We're a local Big Sky team â on the ground and available before, during, and after your stay. After booking, you'll receive access to our guest portal and Big Sky Guide Book covering dining, adventures, and local tips. Self check-in via electronic lock; check-in from 4 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.
Arrive ready to go
The home is fully stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen and laundry essentials. A full kitchen inventory is available upon request â there's a chef in every group.
Good to know
No A/C â and you won't need it. Big Sky summers stay naturally cool. Open windows at night to pull in the mountain air, close them and draw the blinds in the morning to hold it all day.
Fireplace note: Crack a window when using the fireplace to protect the glass.

Home is beautiful with amazing mountain view from main living area. Cozy sleeping for all.Only set back was not truly easy ski/in out and we purchased so much food planning on being home for lunches. We left alot of food and beverages at the home. Would stay again but knowing more what to expect with supplies.
9 adults and 6 kids stayed here in August and it was amazing! The house has high end finishes and furnishings. The house was clean and full of amenities. We woke up to drink our coffee on the patio looking at Big Sky mountain. Amazing views! Close to town, hiking and lots of activities. We will definitely be back!
Wonderful Property for a Summer Family Time in Big Sky
Our family of 7 adults and one 5 year old just returned from a week in the property at Big Sky. The week was filled with hiking, rafting, conversation and games. The property is wonderful - great kitchen that was very well supplied, a great room with dining table for 8 and a family room with great views, a fireplace (for the day it hailed) and seating for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms modern. The management company was very responsive when we reached out to them. Highly recommend Big Sky and the property
The home was furnished beautifully and had a lovely view. We enjoyed the fireplaces and all the rooms. One suggestion: have a âbookâ for the home. We checked in at 4 pm and the property managers were unavailable starting at 5pm. We could not find WiFi passwords and time of garbage pick up(container was full).
It is a well appointed home with a well stocked kitchen. It has an amazing view of Lone Mtn which is great to come home to and enjoy or enjoy with a morning cup of coffee. It is beautifully decorated and a lovely and comfortable home to relax in. The beds are very comfortable and we really enjoyed the heated floor in the primary bedroom. The home comfortably accommodated our group of 14, which was comprised of 3 families. I gave it only 4 stars because it is a true ski-out but not a ski-in. We explored several routes but all involved a several-hundred ft walk uphill to the home. While the map demonstrates that the Rising Bull route runs in front of the house, the final 300-400 yards is an uphill walk. We found it easiest to shuttle skiers home from the mountain at the end of the day, which is very easy and the house is very close to the mountain that this rather convenient, and there is never a lot of traffic
