I will start with the good stuff then the downfalls. It was very clean. Staff was very nice. Room was huge. Air-conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was good. Now the downfalls. The hot tub definitely didn't work properly. I first got in it was hot like it should be. A few minutes later the water got cold like a swimming pool. However I didn't complain to staff. And my bed was very hard, hurt my hips and back.

Not worth the stay.

The rooms were renovated but cheaply, the hot tub was freezing, the bathroom sink took a long time to drain and the A/C unit surged many times and never cooled properly.

the AC did not work. The maintenance guy came up the first night and made it sound like we didn't know how to run it. Thankful it wasn't to hot outside. We left the curtains closed for the 2 days we were there.In actuallity it still didn't work when he left. The pillows were flat. It's an older place that they have tried to upgrade. It was OK.

Everything in the hotel was good and as expected. But unfortunately, when we got in our room, our air unit was frozen. According to the maintenance man, it was caused by the previous guests. We watched him chip away at the ice on the air unit with his credit card as he described how something like that could only happen when it’s ran below 65 for several days. He then went on to explain how the only way to thaw it out was to turn the unit to 85 degrees for at least a hour. We were given a fan. There were no other room available so we had no choice but to sleep there. It remained hot for the entire night. Sadly, the hotel personnel blamed us for causing the problem. Even though we had only been in the room for a very short time and had the air at 65 degrees. This is disappointing because we always choose Best western for their great prices and clean rooms.
