Extremely Disappointing Stay – Will Not Return
We booked 2 suites with a rollaway bed and 2 cribs. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant ignored us while finishing a personal call. After hanging up, herself and an annoyed older lady informed me that there were no cribs either. The older lady nonchalantly said she saw my request, but they hadn’t had rollaway beds in years instead of contacting me ahead when she saw the reservation.
1 suite reeked of mold and urine, i informed the attendant and was handed a nearly empty can of air freshener instead of a solution. I then asked, due to the mold and the babies, if I could switch. The only alternative was a downgrade to a 2-queen handicap room, which also smelled bad and uncleaned , no reimbursement.
While the breakfast and staff there were pleasant, the front desk service was consistently unhelpful and nonchalant (the older lady) Even after the downgrade and multiple issues, a simple late checkout request was refused without courtesy (older lady)
Dirty rooms, bad smells, unprofessional staff, and zero effort to make things right. This ruined the start of our family vacation. We will never return.
