The Beds were super hard. I called front desk and she said it was nothing they could do about it other than send me up a rollout. She stated multiple people complains about this often. I attempted to cancel the stay and they as told I couldn’t do that and that they wouldn’t accommodate me or give a partial refund or anything. The room smelled musty. The jetted tub had a sticker inside that said sanitized but there was visible strands of hair. This was a horrible stay for me and my family. I wouldn’t recommend this to my dog.

Check-in was great. Professional. Hotel spotless, ALL employees are super nice. IF i had a minor issue, it was the bed. It seemed "springy" as in feeling wires. The mattress had a "dip" in it, and although comfortable, for a hotel resort of its caliber, it's probably time for a change of mattresses in some rooms. After all, sleep is one of the most important things for most people in nice hotels.
