We had a lovely experience. Stayed to travel into Birmingham for the Xmas markets. The hotel was very hot!! We had to open windows as our radiators were actually already off. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. Lovely big room

The rooms are clean apart from some stains. The TV system is poor in 303. No news and limited channels with a remote that will keep on switching the tv on if switched off. Only recourse was to switch it off at the plug. The shower, ocean needs work to it, first room had now shower capacity at all.

my wife and i returned here for the first time in 39 years, its a charming hotel. we spent our first night of our honeymoon there, the rooms are spacious and ideal for a longer stay, close to the canal, we liked it and it was good value. Thank you
