Our first room (for a 1 night stay) TV was broken & bed was much too soft. 2nd room was clean except for mold is shower

Pros - Convenient - in downtown and close to airport. Some feedback - It was hot on the first night. AC didn’t seem to work. It was fixed the next day immediately upon reporting.

Canceled on me. no notification.

Been staying here for the past 2 years in a bi-weekly basis. Always liked it as a basic, easy work hotel. On my last trip, I received an email that the hotel canceled my reservation and that they were oversold. I reserved on Hotels.com and prepaid. They still canceled me and couldn’t have the decency to call and explain the situation and offer to help. Horrible customer service and terrible business model. This will be the last time I stay here!

Shower did not drain. Used washcloth was in shower. Hairball was in bed then sheets were turned down.

THE GOOD AND BAD

Good central location in downtown. Very clean but found water in coffee machine and did not work in the morning so was bummed also because air conditioner looks very old and did make very loud noise thru the night so woke me up a few times. Since I stayed below the gym then very early morning the noise of the weights being dropped on the floor woke me up! Ordered my car from valet parking as they said about 20’ prior to me needing it and they apologized as they did not have it ready and the number in ticket did not match so was very hectic morning and it made me get late to the appointment I had. Nice service in reception and even in Valet but just disorganized.

Parking was $38 per night vs. the $22 per night advertised on Expedia. The overall feel of the hotel strange and the room set up was odd.

Not worth the money, but good location.

The hotel is not worth the money they’re charging for it, you’re basically paying for the convenience of location. The walls are super then, felt like my wife and I were in the same room as the people next to us, who talked very loud all through the night. There were also roaches spotted during breakfast the following morning, not worth the money.
