Left teddy and comfort item of daughters in room that she takes to bed. Hotel adament that they werent there. When i know they wer most definitely left in the bed. Area not the best, looks like some improvements are being made.

Everything great. outside the hotel had a lot of paper waste from the nearby food outlets

Great Staff & Hotel

The staff where super friendly and helpful, and we could not recommend this hotel enough. The rooms where very clean, comfortable and quiet. Next to the tram stop or just a quick uber ride into the city centre, great location

The air on didn’t work room was too hot breakfast wasn’t great

Expensive parking 10 min walk away. Good breakfast. One of our two rooms was very very warm and air conditioning not worked. Generally good stay we would go bk

As a lady travelling alone for work (30s), I did not feel safe walking from the city centre to the hotel (15min walk) in the dark after work around 6pm. I went to the fuel starion about 50m up the street for a bittle of water to take back to the room around 6-6.30pm too and the door to the garage shop was locked. Says it all. Would not return even though the hotel room itself was nice and modern and clean, comfy bed, the corridors were awful, maze like to my room ans felt like going to the toilet in a Wetherspoons.
