Staff was great. I had a medical procedure in the area and they allowed me to check in early. The room was very clean and newly renovated. Very conveniently located.

The room was fine but the lobby and breakfast area were being renovated so that is the reason for the lower rating. It was a construction zone and dusty, loud, etc. which was a surprise to see and took away from the enjoyment of our experience.

They are under construction, which we didn't know about. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. But other than that, its very nice

Elevators were both out of order on morning of check out and we had no hot water. At 9 AM on our first morning there was loud construction going on in building. Not a very good stay at all.
