Staff absolutely amazing!!! So welcoming amazing food! A member of staff even carried my elderly mother’s bag to the car at 6.30 in the morning in the rain, the room, stank of cigarettes! Made us feel sick all night! Shower was so dirty! Loud music in room above, arguing and banging till 2.30am , room wasn’t very clean,

Not a good experience. Toilet/bathroom was smelly. Skirting board coming off the wall. Not the cleanest.
Access card to room didn’t work and wasn’t fixed.
I stayed 10 nights on business, whilst the reviews are not great I found my stay perfect, room was very quiet, housekeepimg was everyday, staff were very very good every staff member was so friendly and helpful, id definitely stay here again and probably will do again shorly.
Not great! Smelly carpets and very dated rooms! The mattress’s need throwing away.. terrible! The room above floor was soo noisy as they walked around not pleasant. Would not recommend. Sorry!!
