Staff absolutely amazing!!! So welcoming amazing food! A member of staff even carried my elderly mother’s bag to the car at 6.30 in the morning in the rain, the room, stank of cigarettes! Not great! Smelly carpets and very dated rooms! The mattress’s need throwing away.. terrible! The room above floor was soo noisy as they walked around not pleasant. Would not recommend. Sorry!!
