The room was EXTREMELY dirty. I had roaches in my room for my 7 day stay. The floors, table, and cabinets are all sticky. The place seems as it has not been cleaned in months.

Publié le 28 avr. 2022 sur HotelsI stay at extended stay places a lot and this was the best in a long time. I paid extra for the upgraded room and it was worth it. I had a few issues in the bathroom but they were taken care of immediately and expertly. The front desk was helpful and responsive and all the staff I met during the week I was there were very nice. I will be staying there again.

It was so nice and clean

My room was dirty. There were bugs. My door did not close and lock easily at all.
When I asked for another room there was not one available.
When I returned from shopping and my door was open the front desk did walk me back to my room and checked it for me. Thank you.
