Was a great location for us as we have family that live in The Brookwood. Our only complaints would be to have a working blow dryer, and it was very noisy whenever water was turned on. Not sure where it came from, but it was a bit obnoxious.
Property was not clean upon entry from previous guests. There was also several dead bugs, and the ac was not on. After waiting 20 minutes on hold with the management company they could not find an alternative place I had to book a hotel for the evening. The management company said they would get someone to clean the property first thing in the morning. I was not contacted until 10am and was asked what exactly needed to be cleaned. I was then told the cleaning would take place at 3:30pm, I asked for an update once it was completed as we could not use the property until it was cleaned. At 5:16, and did not receive any communication until 7:45 that it was completed. After the cleaning the dead bugs previously noted where still present just swept near the patio door.
The property itself was ok, but was missing things to make it more useable. We were provided only one roll of toilet paper for 4 nights, there was no dish soap, paper towels, or kitchen towels to do dishes. There was one bottle of hand soap in the kitchen, but no other soaps provided. The listing should be updated to say it is a queen bed, not a king, and that you must be able to use stairs as the unit is in the second floor.
I would not choose to stay with this management company again.
