I can’t eat but breakfast looked good and I’d have enjoyed taking a giant bite of sausage and a large swig of orange juice. What I didn’t like … when booking the room , I asked to be close to the elevator. Of course, I was the furthest away from the elevator one could possibly be. Go Figure.

Overall experience was “mid”

The room was clean. The door to the room was crooked, hard to shut. There is only one ice machine in the hotel that is on the sixth floor. Elevators were slow. The front desk crew could have been friendlier. The breakfast crew were super nice.

front desk staff didnt help when i asked to keep my bag behind the desk as i need to attend my school function. so i asked can i pick up later and they blindly said we dont have space even they had space there. they were so rude to not even checked anything and just said no. horrible experience. never stay here.

Suite was accommodating. Was questioned by the staff the day before we were scheduled to leave and I had to show them my paperwork with my reservation through Expedia. Then they tried to tell me that I didn’t put a credit card on file and then I had to show them that I did..a little frustrating because I had just had a major surgery the day before. But we are planning two more stays there for my follow up appointments.
