I truly loved this hotel and I need a little time to just take care of myself and it was extremely comfortable really nice but I was charged $150 after I left two times. And the room was already prepaid for before I even got there. I was told that there were towels missing which I don't see how that could account for $150 even if it was true. But I actually gave them to the housekeeper on my way out. So I'm calling tomorrow to speak with the manager and hopefully get those reimbursed back to my account

Concert stay

Our stay was exceptional from check in to us needing extra towels. Front desk and housekeeping were courteous. We have already decided that this will be our spot whenever we visit Bham in the future.

1st visit

It was a solo trip to just get a breather for 1 night. Very nice and beautiful hotel. Only downfall is when people left their room, the doors slammed so hard clearly wakes you up. Then housekeeping was throwing everything around while cleaning up that morning, no respect to the ones who may still be there because check out isn’t until 11am. Overall, I would book again due to friendliness and all restaurants around the hotel.
