Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix n'existe pas,la télé dans la chambre ne marche pas.La chambre est ridiculement petite et n'est certainement pas proportionnelle au prix qui est quand même de 100 dollars.Etablissement à éviter absolument

This place is very dirty! Even though they are renovating they should be dusting and cleaning regularly.

We are very sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We checked our records, and your carpet was professionally shampooed and the entire room was deep cleaned just prior to your arrival. We also just did a full inspection of the room to verify, and we found it to be scrupulously clean. If there was something amiss during your stay, we would have promptly fixed any issue. Our housekeeping staff is excellent and top notch. We are very proud of all the beautiful antiques, chandelier, claw foot tub and other Victorian decor in your room as well as the velvet and lace curtains. Please contact us to let us know of any issues you had. We were not informed of anything during your stay or upon your check out and there seemed to be nothing amiss either before or after your stay as well

Quiet and clean for a 115yr old hotel. Very unique with ai interesting history behind it.

The service was great, the hotel is very old which is cool and what i liked about it, have stayed in many older hotels. Sorry to say the room is not worth 230 dollars a night, the bed frame was broke from the headbord, the floors were filthy, the paint was dplotchy and didnt match in many places the shower had rot around the edges. Poor old hotel needs some major love and attention.

Needs to update web page to reflect current conditions. Restaurant/Bar closed during stay, very soft bed, caved in. Great location, friendly front desk.

Hello, thank for taking the time to respond. You stayed in room 201 and the mattress is brand new and luxuriously soft of purpose. This is the way we prefer the new mattresses for ultimate comfort. Some people who are used to hard mattresses will not realize this. As it is brand new, the mattress is not caved in.
