room was confortable and breakfast excellent.
a special mention for the staff who was very helpful

Great hotel, very welcoming staff, comfortable bed
Publié le 30 nov. 2017 sur ExpediaI felt welcomed on arrival, the hotel staff are warm and helpful. They helped me to set up my phone 4g access, organised taxis, gave me good advise on the city. Breakfast is awesome. My home away from home.
J'ai été très bien reçudes mon arrivée, le personnel est très chaleureux. Ils n'ont aide avec mon téléphone, organiser les taxis, mon donné de très bon conseils sur la ville. très bon petit déjeuné. Je reviendrais pour sur :)

가지수가 많지는 않지만 내 개인적인 취향
달지 않고 담백한 음식이 좋았습니다.
다소 좁긴 했지만 문제가 되지는 않았어요.
시내와는 조금 거리가 있지만 비슈케크가
작은 도시다 보니 그것도 괸찮았어요.
다시갈 의향이 있습니다.

Without a doubt, the best hotel in Bishkek
Publié le 22 nov. 2023 sur HotelsRight from the get-go when we were welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of Dmitrii, who was on reception, we knew that this was going to be an enjoyable stay. The tea, coffee and tray bakes made available to us as we waited to check in was a nice touch, and Dmitrii’s ability to deal satisfactorily with our queries about the area and advice on what to do was exemplary. All hotels should have a Dmitrii on their staff: nothing was too much trouble to him. He really is a credit to the Futuro and his service with a smile cannot be faulted in any way.
That’s no slight to Sergei and Ainagul, who were helpful in finalising our day’s outing and in arranging our taxi to the airport. I don’t think I’ve encountered staff so cheerfully customer-focused before, and they, together with the efforts of the cooking and cleaning staff, helped to make this possibly one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean with everything we needed; the breakfast was varied and delicious; and, in short, the facilities offered were second to none. All in all, the Futuro is a hard place to fault, and is definitely on our to-stay list when we return to Bishkek next year.
