Requested first floor but got second with no elevator. Heaters, doors, etc were broken throughout public areas, food received from bar was raw, pool area had rust and mold visible to guests, lots of drunks, drunk drivers, and drug attics all over the property all hours, floor in my room had random small trash pieces scattered around(definitely had not been vacuumed or mopped in a while), I rinsed the ac/furnace filters because you could not even see through them there was such a thick layer of dust, still had tons of dust in the unit itself, not a single vending machine was stocked, not a single bottle of water was available in any of them, most vending machines didn’t work.

The staff was very courteous. When I drove up to the place it looked like it was abandoned. The Ramada sign out front was flickering and the parking lot was in very poor shape. The room I was given was okay. It was accessible which I didn't ask for but it was okay. The TV didn't work it didn't even turn on. There was a stench coming from the area that the mini fridge was in like somebody had peed in there. It needs to be cleaned. I didn't smell it until after the room warmed up but it was the first thing that I smelled this morning. I did mention that to the girl at the desk and she said she would see about maybe refunding some of my money. I haven't heard anything yet.

The room was very dirty. Bed skirts, bathroom door, inside of room door, all looked like they hadnt been wiped in quite some time. Hot tub wasnt working. We have stayed here a handful of times but won't be back.
