Good location - poor room

Fantastic location for walks in nature. Our toilet was outside the room accross a corridor, which was not clear when we made the booking. The room had two seperated single beds. When we pushed them together to have a double bed, it became clear that cleaning was limited to visible areas. The staff was really friendly.

We have taken your constructive criticism as an opportunity to remove the booked room category "twin-bedded room with external, separate bathroom" from the online booking portals, as the furnishings of this room type are unfortunately not presented there in a way that is meaningful enough for the guest. Our other rooms each have their own bathroom and a regular double bed (double room) or single bed (single room). We would be pleased to welcome you again to convince you of the quality of our rooms.

Will def revisit. Had superb room with great views. Fantastic region; great for trail walks, runs, biking.Bispingen town is nice too.Less than an hour to Hamburg & Bremen too.Service was OK slightly spoiled by being told at check-in - after a long drive from the UK - that the restaurant was open till 21:30 but at 20:30 the staff tried to tell us the kitchen was closed...until we insisted. Food was good when it came so it all worked out OK.

Ein sehr ruhiges und angenehmes Wochenende. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer sehr einfach. Frühstück sehr gut. Alles in allem war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gut
