This home features three full bathrooms and two additional half baths. Each bedroom has its own private toilet, with two more available for general use.

The main floor boasts an open-concept living, dining, and fully stocked kitchen area, perfect for entertaining. It also includes a full bathroom. One of the three bedrooms has an attached full bath, while the other two have private half baths.

The lower level offers a TV/games room with a pool table and foosball table, plus an additional half bath with an infrared sauna. Step outside to the spacious deck, where you’ll find an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, seating area, and dining table. Just a few steps away, a hot tub nestled among the trees awaits.

Second House: 235 Algerie Rd

Experience the charm of this 3-BR cabin in Becket, MA, a cozy and welcoming retreat surrounded by nature. Featuring three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a warm living room with a stone fireplace, this home offers comfort in every corner. Step onto the outdoor deck, complete with a fireplace, for unforgettable evenings under the stars.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into an inviting family room, dining area, and kitchen with a stone hearth and fireplace. The main floor also includes a full bathroom and a bedroom with a double Murphy bed, offering flexible space for yoga or play.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a private fireplace, and an adjoining laundry area. The third bedroom is the most versatile, with a double bed, a twin bed, and a bunk bed featuring a double futon below and a twin above, perfect for accommodating everyone.

The lower level serves as a cozy TV lounge with a sofa, a single bed, and the final bathroom, providing extra space to relax and unwind.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. Although the power goes out very rarely, you may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

Air Conditioning and Heating: AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).

Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than three, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
