24 x 32 Cape Cod style cottage, open floor plan, two bedrooms queen mattresses with kitchen and full bathroom, second floor loft with full bath and queen bed to yourselves. Owners on premises. Large deck and easy access to Sachem Pond, Clay Head nature trail, Block Island National Wildlife Refuge, Sandy Point and North Lighthouse. Great for birders, anglers and nature lovers. Abuts the best spot for migratory songbirds on the Island and one of the top in the Northeast. Swim or paddle in the pond on the waterfront or take a short walk to the ocean at Settler's Rock.

Perfect Block Experience

Such an unbelievably lovely location! House is well stocked and comfortable. We loved being able to walk from our front door to the north light house or the clay head trail.

Beautiful part of the island to stay at, and a very comfortable cottage with a classic summer cottage feel. Nothing fancy but everything we needed, we loved it!

Beautiful location

Decent house, good lay out, lots of pots and pans supplied, nice dog yard, amazing view. There is a lot of stuff stored in the yard and washing machine needs to be repaired. But view makes up for it all.

Summer week rental

Our family has been going to Block Island every summer for over 5 years now. This year was an exceptional vacation for us because of the property. The house had great seaside character situated on a piece of land that, in my opinion, has the best view on the island; overlooking Sachem pond with views of the ocean and a short walk to the Northern Light House. The house comfortably fit my three children and our puppy. Overall an amazing week at a great house during unprecedented times with Covid. We hope to return again!!
