Summer at Eagle Pointe is unlike anywhere else in Indiana. Spend your days at the pool just steps from your front door — visible right from the master bedroom balcony — or head over to the main Eagle Pointe pool featuring a cabana bar and full-service restaurant. When you're ready to hit the water, Lake Monroe is right outside your door with boating, fishing, and swimming all within easy reach. Fourwinds Marina is just minutes away for boat rentals and all things lake life. Want to cruise the resort in style? A golf cart is available to rent with your stay — perfect for getting around the community, heading to the pool, or just soaking in the scenery. Ask us about availability when you book.

Great location just minutes from Fairfax. Plenty of pools, walking etc on site. Well maintained property with plenty of space for our family of 5. Condo looks over wooded area which was quiet and peaceful. Dinner at Eagle Pointe was great. Morning jogs around the property was great with lots of views of deer! Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive - not that we had any issues.

Nice remodeled condo and great location

Stayed with some of my girlfriends easy to get around loved having a pool nearby! Scenery is very pretty loved seeing all the deer, people were friendly! Clubhouse food was amazing great music and entertainment on weekends, communication with everyone was super easy

Fantastic condo

Came down for long weekend at the lake. Fantastic condo. Having the teens up in the loft was perfect. Appreciated the 2nd half bath and also the quiet balcony overlooking the woods. Will definitely rent again!

Lovely Renovations Great Location

Beautiful condo that provided just what we needed to visit with our family that was camping nearby. This was our second time at Eagle Point for this reason, the first we stayed in was nice, but you can’t beat the proximity to the pool, as well as all the updates. Located very close to the pool, and the beautiful lake Monroe is just down the way.
