Don't stay here

When checked in reservation not found, after few minutes when I saw the reservation checked in, after 2 hours the staff called me and said manager want to see me. I went to meet her, she said she can not find the reservation. I saw the hotels.com reservation she said they do not work with hotel.com. Then I asked her to check Expedia, then she found and called the OTA agent, after that she accepted the booking. Room was dirty, bathroom was flooded when check in, when I went to take the shower no hot water, after that told one family member came to check after hours of investigation he told no hot water at night as they have the solar system which work only day time.When check out no apology for their short comings or no even good bye, manager just sitting. front of the room and all public areas dirty bins, not washed for years and dirty doors.It is very unpleasant to see and very disappointing Redoorz experience

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was noisy, dirty, smelly and we had problems checking in. There's chlorine tablets everywhere that makes the room smell like a public toilet. There was no warm water coming out of the shower.
