No lo recomiendo mal trato, estafa no tiren dinero

Muy Mala experiencia, no te hacen válido el desayuno y ahí viene que te lo dan pero al momento de exigirlo no te lo dan, tienes que dejar un depósito de 100 dólares, los cuales buscaron cualquier pretexto para quitarme 25 dólares por la colcha tener una mancha de catsup, tienen cláusulas que no te muestran al llegar y al final te quitan dinero de tu depósito por cualquier pretexto, de ninguna manera recomiendo este hotel, mal trato por parte de las personas; si pueden no se hospeden en este lugar de ninguna manera, no desperdicien su dinero y menos si van en plan de vacaciones

The room wasn’t in good condition. The beds did not look clean. Some of the lights didn’t work and the heater took about 5 hours to heat up. We had to sleep with our coats over us because the room was so cold.

I loved how nice and welcoming the staff was. Very helpful. The shower didn’t work that was probably the only thing I found wrong with my room other than that it was good for a quick stay

Have always loved Howard Johnson's, they are getting pretty scarce. This one is a little worn around the edges, but still very comfortable and clean. Still love HoJo's!

The room was not cleaned. It had leftover food in the refrigerator, mattress had stains and bathroom want clean.

Beyond EXCELLENT Front desk service

The front desk attendant, Kelly, was beyond helpful & kind. He even stayed later to make sure we were checked in & accommodated. I’m truly grateful for the manager & Kelly’s excellent customer service. He did mention the hotel was going through some updates. Our room was just ok. The backside is so loud next to the freeway. After a long drive it was hard to rest. Location was easy to access. Just follow the signs lol

Not amazing. We arrived late do to a necessary long day. The bottom sheet wasn’t clean so we slept on the top sheet. The floor was dirty. The phone didn’t work and was filthy. Our food froze in the refrigerator. We were not happy!
