Welcome to this minimalists dream located in Garden City just a short walk to the Boise River Green Belt, local wineries and breweries, and a quick drive (or bike ride) to downtown Boise! This 2022 custom built fourplex vacation rental community was impeccably designed with privacy and comfort in mind. This location and space are PRIME! The property features a community hot tub, firepit, and heat lamp for those cool winter evenings. The unit itself is well equipped with a private patio with propane grill and seating. The home itself is tastefully designed with plenty of storage for your travel needs. Perfect for adventuring friends, a small family, or traveling professionals. Housekeeping available upon request for additional fee. We look forward to hosting you.

Location was great. Convenient to everything. Check in time was easy once we realized we couldn’t check in until 4 PM. The lock code is on a timer. Agents were friendly and helpful and quick response if we needed. Really cute inside. Had everything we needed and more. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute small place well maintained. Nice and quiet. Only issue we had was needing new linens as it seems they hadn't been changed from previous guest, but the owners took care of it super fast. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly decorated home in Boise

this home was perfect for our stay. We had sporting events in Boise and this was very central to downtown and both of the gyms that we had to attend. The decor it was perfect
 Had everything we needed,. clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. a bonus to have the grill outside for dinners in. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

The “Minimalist Escape” had everything we needed, for our 2 week stay while our house in Boise was being renovated. Loved how close it was to the green belt. We took our dog for several walks and even enjoyed a couple meals along the river.

Beautiful home

Very modern and clean with lots of extras provided, plenty of paper products, soaps for dishwasher, dish soap, washer, bathrooms, everything you need. Well equipped kitchen with non-stick pots n pans that look new. Actually they home looks very new and nicely decorated. Gas grill out back. Very nice common area with patio and jacuzzi...the 4 units share this. Joanna was extremely quick to respond to all questions. Great host. Highly recommend this beautiful property.
