I had a quick check in the two gentlemen at the desk were very kind about the bug problem they were having and explaining it to me, and when I went to grab something to eat, I came back and asked them if it was a safe hotel, the gentleman behind the desk said yes, but if you feel more comfortable, please park in the front I thought that was very kind Considering I wasn’t a gold card member, the breakfast was very lacking. The coffee was awful, but thankfully there was a Starbucks about 10 minutes down the road so it made my morning very enjoyable overall it was a great day and I would stay there again!

Continental breakfast was poor quality. The road noise was constant throughout the night and early morning hours. The hotel offers complimentary ear plugs, so they are very aware of the noise problems. Will not be staying again.

I really like staying at the tru. It’s close to a top golf and a straight shot to the meridian village mall and always has good breakfast. I like the board by the elevators giving ideas of where to eat or things to see

Tru vs Tru

I had stayed at a Tru in Ogden Utah in December and I was so impressed with the hotel, 10 stars for sure! I wished the Meridian Idaho was the same. It was a nice hotel and I would give it a 9 out of 10, very clean, staff was friendly.
