This was the perfect house for a small group to go on a fishing trip. It had everything we needed to rest & recharge after a day out on the water. Bait was right at the end of the canal and close walking to get to dining in the evenings. We have stayed on this canal several times before and this is by far one of the better homes we have stayed in. The boat lift actually works - this is the first home we've ever had that!!
We spent a week and enjoyed everything about this place. Itâs small but perfect for us and had a lot of space for all of our stuff. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. The shower is a huge asset-itâs big and has good water pressure. Being so close to our boat and having the garage for storage was great. The marina has a bar/restaurant just down the road with live music most nights and is a great place for dinner and a nightcap. We had an awesome week and caught lots of fish. It is a great place to stay!
Tarpon Camp is the cutest, cleanest rental we have probably stayed in using a rental service! It was absolutely perfect for us and our needs! Convenient to local eateries, Marina and most of all our boat! The fees added to rental are a little high but understand with the upkeep and keeping a rental as clean as this! Thanks again and hope to be back again!
Super convenient since we brought our boat. Pet friendly was awesome and my schnauzer made some new friends in the neighborhood. Everyone in the area were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!!
Our stay at tarpon camp was great, Really clean and up to date. Really glad for the garage to store fishing equipment. The boat lift was really nice to have to keep the boat out of the water, but can be a little sketchy. One of the guides was taller than the rest and will hit the top beam if not careful. Only thing inside the house we had an issue with was the coffee maker didnât work. Which wasnât that big of a deal for us. Would definitely stay again. Itrip says trash day is Friday, but the the sign in the house says itâs Sunday. We went with the ownerâs info so trash is Sunday.I would definitely stay again.
